I had an emergency situation and was given an appointment. I was attended by PA Christene. She was very professional, sweet, understanding and a good listener. She understood my pain and tried to help me. I would see her again. Previously, I saw Dr Holden and he also was nice and understanding. The staff were very nice as well. I felt at home.

I met Dr. Hawasli for the first time, and was most highly impressed with his personality, knowledge, and professionalism. I would highly recommend him, as I would all of Westside Family Medicine. My only criticism is that I found making an appointment on my own to be almost impossible. There are several doctors, several offices, and no real way to tell when a particular doctor is available at a particular office. You pretty much have to leave a message on the Qwell website or possibly by phone, which I didn't try. The procedure for making appointments needs to be more clearly explained. But once you get your appointment, you are in great hands!

The worst clinic in my life. I am a physiotherapist, I have extensive experience in understanding how patient care should be provided in a clinic. I would like to warn you against visiting this particular clinic by stating the following facts: *They constantly confuse the address of the pharmacy for purchasing medicines. *The waiting time to see a doctor is at least an hour. Even if you have an appointment. *They never send email referrals from the doctor that they promised to send, even when you ask them to do it several times. *They cancel a visit scheduled according to a specific time, when you come to the clinic with a 2-year-old child, stand in line for 30 minutes, without explaining the reason for canceling the visit. Without even apologizing or offering to still do their work, for which parents are forced to reschedule their day. *Doctors are not professional, if you come in with an obvious bacterial infection, instead of diagnosing it, they recommend you drink tea with honey. And a week later you are forced to re-visit the clinic so that they can finally write you a prescription for antibiotics, which you asked for a week ago. *The staff is rude and unfriendly. So, as you can see this is a pointless waste of your time, money and nerves.

My first visit with Nurse Practitioner Lambert and she was excellent. I appreciated her care: she took the time to answer all of my questions and was very honest about advice on her part. She thoughtfully sent me a discount code for the expensive prescription, allowing me to get it late at night, when my insurance company was closed. I will make a point of seeing her in the future!

I’ve been with WFM for 3 or so years now, and I went in last week for my annual checkup with Dr. Jenny Gerner. I had complaints that I thought might be silly - fatigue, a mild cough that lingered after a cold, little things that doctors usually ignore. Not here! Dr. Gerner took me seriously even when I wasn’t taking myself that seriously, and wanted to check everything out even though I looked generally healthy. They did a full blood work up on me and checked everything from my vitamin B levels to the size of my blood cells and the status of my liver and kidneys. And they found something - it was scary, it looked like cancer, they handled it swiftly, got me in for an appointment and had a repeat blood test done within hours of getting back my initial lab results. I got the new results back the very next morning, as promised. Turns out I’m okay, but it was an unbelievably scary day and I say now that I could not have been in better hands. I need to have some more tests done to ensure I’m okay, but there’s nowhere else I’d rather depend on for that, and I feel confident moving forward with WFM in a way that gives me a lot of peace. Dr. Gerner seems like the type, as do the other practitioners I’ve seen here (Nicole Kopchak, Christine Pipchick), to check for problems before they have a chance to sneak up on you, which isn’t easy to find when it comes to healthcare in America. My little qualms are always taken seriously here, the providers actually spend time with you, really listen, and take action in the interest of your health. I trust this practice. 10/10
